We are the Data Fiduciary in respect of your personal data. This Policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025, and the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made under it.

By using the Site and giving consent where requested, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Order details such as items purchased, order value, and transaction confirmation.
  • Account details such as your username and password, if you create an account.
  • Communications such as the content of messages, reviews, queries, and feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

  • Usage and device data such as your IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referring pages, and actions taken on the Site.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 4.

Information we receive from third parties:

  • Our technology and service providers, such as Shopify, who power the Site.
  • Our payment gateway, which processes your payment and shares confirmation of the transaction with us.
  • Our advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, who provide measurement and audience data in connection with our advertising.

We do not knowingly collect more data than we need for the purposes set out below.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • process and fulfil your orders, arrange shipping and delivery, and handle returns, replacements, and refunds;
  • create and manage your account and provide customer support;
  • send you transactional communications about your orders and account;
  • send you marketing and promotional communications where you have consented, and show you relevant advertisements (see Section 5);
  • run analytics to understand and improve the Site, our products, and our Services;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Lawful basis. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, or where processing is necessary to perform our contract with you for an order you have placed, or for certain legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 8).

3. How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below.

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Shopify (Site and store infrastructure), our logistics partner Shiprocket and the courier companies it engages (order delivery), our payment gateway (payment processing), and our communication and customer support tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads, as described in Section 5. This sharing happens with your consent.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request, or to protect our rights, property, and safety or those of our users.
  • In a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, in which case personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We require our service providers to protect your personal data and to use it only for the purposes for which we engage them.

Relationship with Shopify. Our Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data relating to your use of the Site in order to provide and improve its services to us. Information you submit on the Site is transmitted to and processed by Shopify, and may be processed on servers located outside India. Shopify may also use certain data from your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, to provide enhanced features. For these purposes Shopify acts as a processor on our behalf and, in certain cases, as an independent controller of your personal data. To understand how Shopify handles your personal data and the rights you may have, please refer to the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, run analytics, and deliver and measure advertising.

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function, including for cart and checkout.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising and analytics tags, allow us and these partners to measure ad performance and show you relevant advertisements on their platforms and across the web.

You can manage non essential cookies through the consent banner on our Site and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. For details on cookies used by our store platform, see Shopify's cookie information.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

We run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. To do this, the Meta Pixel and Google tags on our Site may collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as pages viewed and purchases made, and share certain identifiers, which may include a hashed version of your email or phone number, with these platforms. This helps us:

  • measure how our ads perform;
  • show ads to people who have visited our Site (retargeting); and
  • find new audiences similar to our existing customers.

This processing is carried out with your consent, given through our cookie consent banner. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by:

  • changing your choices in our cookie consent banner;
  • adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta account settings and Google ad settings; and
  • managing cookies through your browser.

Opting out of personalised ads does not stop you from seeing ads, but those ads will be less tailored to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to fulfil orders, maintain your account, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain transaction and log records for the periods required under applicable law. When personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including access controls and the use of reputable processors such as Shopify and our payment gateway. We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled directly by the payment gateway. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Rules 2025.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you and a summary of how it is processed.
  • Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, and to completion and updating.
  • Right to erasure of your personal data, where it is no longer required and we are not legally required to retain it.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, where our processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
  • Right to grievance redressal through the contact set out in Section 9.
  • Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 9. We will respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Rules 2025. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children's Data

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children (individuals under 18 years of age) without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without such consent, please contact our Grievance Officer and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Cross Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers and advertising partners, including Shopify, Meta, and Google, may store or process personal data on servers located outside India. Where we transfer personal data outside India, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable law, and we require appropriate protections to be in place. We will not transfer personal data to any country or territory restricted by the Central Government of India.

12. Third Party Websites and Links

Our Site and our advertising may contain links to third party websites and platforms, including quick commerce marketplaces and social media. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing your data with them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
